Machineric Solutions OÜ (“Machineric”, “we”, “us” and “our”) collects data about users and visitors to our website at www.machineric.com and our mobile applications, such as for iOS or Android (the “Machineric Platform”). This helps us to enable the provision of the Services pursuant to the Machineric Platform Terms and Conditions for Use (the “Services”), and to improve the user experience on the Machineric Platform. When you as a representative of our client purchase a subscription to the Machineric Platform (“Machineric Subscription”) to use the Machineric Platform and our Services, or when you use the Machineric Platform based on the Machineric Subscription purchased by your employer, we will collect personal data as necessary to provide the Services you request. We may require you or your employer to provide us with your name, mobile phone number, e-mail address, username, employer and position and selected password to establish an account on the Machineric Platform. When you purchase a Machineric Subscription, we collect information about your payments and transactions, as well as other information associated with the transaction such as used payment method or other important information.
